Delicious chocolate banana bread - gluten free and healthy - super soft and easy to prepare!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
PREPARATION
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a baking sheet or cake pan with olive oil
Step 2 . In a bowl, add the bananas and mash them until they form a liquid mixture.
Step 3 . Then add the eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well, finally add the sugar and mix again.
Step 4 . Add the oatmeal and baking powder until you reach the perfect consistency
Step 5 . Finally add the chocolate chips
Step 6. Spread the batter on the cake pan and bake for 40 minutes (or until golden brown)
Step 7. Let it cool for 20 minutes before cutting it
Step 8. Enjoy your meal!!
