INGREDIENTS:
- frozen banana
- frozen blueberries
- 200ml of oat milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
- 1 pitted date
- for greater creaminess, add 3-5 ice cubes
PREPARATION
Step 1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture
Step 2. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings: Original Granola , shredded coconut, berries, and your favorite nut butter.
Step 3. Enjoy your meal!
