These delicious chocolate covered almond clusters are an easy to prepare and healthy snack. One leads to another!
INGREDIENTS
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon oil (coconut or olive)
- 150gr of almonds
- salt
- optional: chopped hazelnuts
PREPARATION
Step 1. Add the dark chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and melt in a double boiler.
Step 2 . Add the almonds to the bowl with the dark chocolate and mix well until they are all coated.
Step 3 . Coat a pan with baking paper and, with a spoon, form clusters the size of a spoon
Step 4 . Sprinkle lightly with salt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before devouring <3
*note: Store in the fridge. You can add chopped hazelnuts instead of salt if you prefer, or go half and half
