A delicious dessert for pistachio lovers!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup plant milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon of 100% pistachio butter
- 1 tablespoon of pistachio flakes
- optional: 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
PREPARATION
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180C
Step 2. Mash the banana and pour it into a bowl with the oatmeal, salt, baking soda, protein powder (optional) and non-dairy milk. Mix well.
Step 3. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a ceramic cup and 1 large tablespoon of 100% pistachio butter in the center. Then add the remaining mixture to cover everything. I also added a spoonful of pistachio flakes.
Step 4. Once ready, bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
Step 5. Enjoy hot
