Homemade peanut butter in just 10 minutes. Creamy and tasty! Without added oil, without added salt and without sugar.
INGREDIENTS
- 360 g (2 cups) roasted peanuts
METHOD
Step 1: Place the peanuts (salted or unsalted) in a food processor. Turn the food processor on to high speed and let it run for 5-10 minutes. Occasionally stop and scrape the sides, you'll see the peanuts go into a crumb stage, to a dry ball, and finally to a smooth, creamy peanut butter.
Step 2: Put the peanut butter in a sealed glass container, refrigerate or at room temperature (best refrigerated)
