Stuffed dates are probably one of my favorite snacks. Dates are very nutritious, high in fiber, high in antioxidants, and honestly my all-time favorite natural sweetener. Here is a super simple and delicious recipe that you can prepare and adapt with your favorite nuts.
INGREDIENTS
- pitted medjool dates
- Almond Butter
- cashews, chopped
- melted dark chocolate
- sea salt
PREPARATION
Step 1. Remove the pit from the dates, meanwhile melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, and chop the cashews.
Step 2 . Once everything is ready, spoon a little almond butter into the core of the date followed by the chopped cashews.
Step 3 . Dip in dark chocolate.
Step 4 . Leave to cool in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes. Final touch, a sprinkling of sea salt.
