HOW TO MAKE A HEALTHY AND BALANCED BREAKFAST

  3. A SOURCE OF GOOD FATS: nuts such as walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts; pumpkin, flax , chia seeds ; peanut butter, sesame paste; coconut oil, flaked or grated coconut, avocado
