Almonds : Almonds are a complete food because they are rich in nutrients: good fats, fibres, proteins, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, copper, antioxidants, vitamin E and vitamin B12. They taste delicious and are good for you, as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties .
Cocoa butter : an excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants ; moreover it does not contain cholesterol and contains fatty acids which are very useful for supporting the regular functions of the organism.
Cocoa paste : rich in antioxidants, it speeds up the metabolism and helps burn fat . Rich in mineral salts such as calcium, magnesium and iron. Reduces hunger.

What does Skinny Dipped mean?
Skinny Dipped refers to the way our almonds are dipped in a paper-thin layer of vegan dark chocolate; the almonds and couverture are balanced in the most delicious (and healthy) way possible. There's more almond in every bite than chocolate, which means less sugar than traditional chocolate-covered snacks.

Why are Skinny Dipped Almonds coarse and not shiny?
We've always been charmed by the shimmering magic of chocolate-covered treats. So, we did some digging to uncover the secret behind that glossy finish. Turns out, some folks use a glaze made from glucose syrup and milk, while others go for shellac – yes, you read that right, it's a natural resin from a bug! At Clemi's Market, we steer clear of those oddball ingredients and stick with good old-fashioned pure chocolate. No bug juice needed here!
What sweetener do the Skinny Dipped Almonds contain?
No Clemi’s Market product contains refined sugars, we always use the best natural alternatives and in low quantities. For the Skinny Dipped Almonds we used date sugar because it's 30% less caloric than white sugar. Each 30g portion contains only 3.3g of date sugar. Extremely rich in fiber and minerals. It has an exceptional antioxidant capacity. Date sugar is not produced by boiling, but by dewatering and subsequent pulverisation. This allows the fruit to retain most of its nutritional values intact.
