FAQ

Granola is a crunchy mixture of oats, dried fruits and often a sweetener. We only use natural sweeteners in minimal amounts. The ingredients are mixed together and baked until crispy and golden brown. The appearance may resemble that of muesli, but there are differences between the two products. The first is that granola is baked in the oven. The second is that it involves an ingredient that can bind all the others, such as honey, maple syrup or oil. Granola is often eaten with yogurt or milk, used as a topping for fruit or ice cream, or consumed as a standalone snack. It is known for its crunchy texture, natural ingredients, and health benefits, though always pay attention to the ingredient list as some store-bought versions may contain high amounts of sugar and fat.

Our Granola is made by combining rolled oats, nuts, seeds, along with coconut oil. The mixture is then spread out on a baking sheet and baked in the oven until crunchy and golden brown.

We recommend eating our Granola with your favourite yogurt or milk, as a topping for smoothie bowls, fruit, pancakes or consumed as a standalone snack.

The recommended dose is 40 grams.

They might seem the same thing, but muesli and granola are actually different in taste and preparation method. Granola is a baked mixture of oats, nuts, seeds, and sweeteners. Muesli, on the other hand, is an unbaked mixture of raw oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.
