AVOCADO TOAST AND RICOTTA

The ideal savory breakfast: creamy avocado, lactose-free ricotta and a pinch of chilli This is worth getting up for!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh ricotta (I bought the lactose-free one)
  • half a ripe avocado
  • pinch of salt, pepper and chilli
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

Step 1. Toast the sourdough bread

Step 2. Spread a thick layer of fresh ricotta

Step 3. Slice the avocado and arrange it on top of the toasted bread.

Step 4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chilli and olive oil.
