This simple coconut and strawberry smoothie is ideal for a healthy vegan breakfast or a nutritious snack. Add the garnish you prefer to customize it according to your tastes.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein (optional)
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- splash of coconut milk (or oats)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Seals:
- Shredded coconut
- Blueberries
- Original Granola
METHOD
Step 1 . Blend all the ingredients together until you get a homogeneous mixture
Step 2. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings - I used shredded coconut, blueberries and original granola
