INGREDIENTS

FOR THE SALAD

  • 80g of rocket
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • half an avocado

FOR THE DRESSING

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of tahini
  • half a lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • pinch of sea salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup of water

PREPARATION

Step 1. Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl

Step 2 . Put the ingredients for the dressing in a blender, blend until a creamy consistency.

Step 3 . Add the blended dressing to the salad and mix.

Step 4 . Enjoy your meal!!!
