A simple breakfast, protein and very tasty. If you like Biscoff biscuits you will go crazy for this recipe
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BASE:
- 50gr of oats
- 1/2 banana
- 120ml oat milk
- 1 teaspoon stevia (or honey/agave)
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- optional: 2 tablespoons of vanilla vegetable proteins
- 20 gr of Biscoff (or substitute with your favorite nut butter)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
PREPARATION
Step 1. In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
Step 2 . Melt the Biscoff butter with the coconut oil in a bain-marie
Step 3 . Pour the base into a glass or your favorite bowl and then pour the Biscoff butter over the top until it covers the entire surface.
Step 4 . Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or leave overnight.
Step 5 . Enjoy your meal!!!
