SMOOTHIE BANANA AND VEGAN CARAMEL

A healthy, protein-rich, delicious and nutrient-rich recipe, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 medjool date
  • 80ml almond milk (add a little water if necessary)
  • 40g of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (salted)

Optional: 2 tablespoons vegetable protein powder from Your Super Foods

CARAMEL SAUCE

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of date paste

PREPARATION

1 . Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2 . To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl add the 3 ingredients and mix well.
3 . Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl, add the Clemi's Market signature Chocolate Lover granola and your caramel sauce!!!
