SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH RED FRUITS

The ideal breakfast for the summer, rich in vitamins, nutritious and refreshing.

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup (220 g) of berries
  • 1/2 cup (110 g) of oats
  • 50ml milk (vegetable based)
  • 1 teaspoon (4 g) of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (56 g) chia seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt

OPTIONAL CONDIMENTS

PREPARATION

Step 1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on high speed until smooth.

Step 2 . Pour into bowls and add desired garnishes.
