INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons of almond butter
- 1 tablespoon yacon syrup (or agave)
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon almond milk
- 3 tablespoons oatmeal (or almond flour)
- pinch of salt
- 10g chocolate drops
PREPARATION
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 175C.
Step 2 . In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous dough is formed.
Step 3 . Add the chocolate chips.
Step 4 . Flatten on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Step 5 . Leave to cool for a couple of minutes and enjoy warm. Bon appetit!!!
