These are the tastiest crispy roast potatoes you will ever eat. And they happen to be gluten-free and vegan too. One leads to another!
INGREDIENTS:
- french fingerling potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- chives
- pepper flakes
- dry garlic
- salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Step 1. In a saucepan with boiling water and salt, add the french fingerling potatoes. Boil for about 10 minutes.
Step 2. Drain the water. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
Step 3. Put them in a bowl, add the olive oil, salt and pepper, chives, chilli, dried garlic and sauté.
Step 4. Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish (without overlapping them).
Step 5. Bake at 230C for about 25 minutes + 5 minutes grill mode (30 minutes in total)
