A simple breakfast, protein and very tasty. With a creamy texture and a delicious flavour, for all lovers of sweet and savory mixes.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BASE:
- 1 bananas
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt (coconut, soy)
- 1 teaspoon honey (agave or maple syrup) - optional
- 1/3 cup plant milk (almond, oat, soy)
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon vegetable protein (vanilla flavor)
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable protein (vanilla flavor)
- 1 teaspoon of honey - optional
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable milk
FOR THE CHOCOLATE:
- 25g of 70% chocolate
- 1 teaspoon oil (coconut)
PREPARATION
Step 1. Mash the banana and put all the base ingredients in a bowl or glass. Mix well so that everything is homogeneous.
Step 2 . In another jar mix all the caramel ingredients - mix well here too so that everything is well homogeneous. Once ready pour it over the base, and cover well
Step 3 . In a bain-marie, heat the chocolate with oil and once melted, pour it over the caramel base.
Step 4 . Put the glass in the fridge, and let it cool for at least 2 hours (or prepare it the day before).
