CHIA PUDDING WITH STRAWBERRY

This simple Strawberry Chia Pudding is a perfect breakfast - creamy and delicious. It is full of fresh fruit, slightly sweet and addictive. A guilt-free delicacy, made without refined sugars, healthy and full of superfoods! Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids – the good fats that promote heart and joint health and aid memory. They are also rich in potassium, iron and calcium.

INGREDIENTS

  •  100 g of strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon milk (plant-based)
  • peanut butter
  • pecans
  • Our Chocolate Lover Granola

METHOD

Step 1 : Blend the strawberries until creamy

Step 2 : Mix the strawberry cream with the chia seeds and milk. Let the mixture rest overnight.

Step 3 : The next morning, pour the mixture into a bowl and top it with peanut butter, pecans and our Chocolate Lover Granola
