Soft biscuits with pistachios and white chocolate chips. Prepare them once and you will be enchanted.
INGREDIENTS:
- 100 g of almond flour
- 2 tablespoons of 100% pistachio
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- Macadamia White Chocolate from Pana Organic
PREPARATION
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 180C
Step 2. In a bowl, add the almond flour, pistachio butter, maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
Step 3. Divide the dough into 5-7 balls, then flatten them with a flat surface on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can add white chocolate chips or your favorite chocolate.
Step 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
