Frozen yogurt bars are a fun and easy recipe that's perfect for a summer breakfast, light snack, or post-workout treat. Greek yogurt is coated in your favorite toppings, frozen, and then cut into chunks.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups yogurt (plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of Original Granola
METHOD
Step 1 : In a bowl, add the yogurt and honey. Mix together until combined.
Step 2 : Pour the yogurt mixture into a prepared pan with parchment paper. Top with your favorite toppings. Here I've used fresh chopped strawberries, blueberries and The Original Granola.
Step 3 : freeze for at least 3 hours, when firm, remove from the fridge and cut into bars.
Step 4 : Enjoy these delicious and healthy yogurt bars for breakfast or as a refreshing snack❤️
