The ideal breakfast for the summer, rich in vitamins, nutritious and refreshing.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup (220 g) of peach and apricot
- 1/2 cup (110 g) of oats
- 50ml milk (vegetable based)
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) of almond butter
- 1 tablespoon (14 g) of coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup (56 g) chia seeds
Optional condiments

- Fresh banana and peach
- Coconut flakes
- Almond Butter
METHOD
Phase 1. Combine all ingredients in one high speed blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
Phase 2. Pour into bowls and add desired garnishes
